Welcome to My Jesus Love Story.

This platform exists to provide a Christ-centered community where individuals may voluntarily share personal testimonies, experiences, creative works, artwork, photographs, videos, writings, and other content that glorify God, encourage others, and support the testimony of Jesus Christ.

By accessing, submitting content to, or participating on this platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, Content Release, Copyright Policy, and Community Standards Agreement.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

The purpose of this platform is to:

  • Share faith-based testimonies and experiences.
  • Encourage believers and seekers.
  • Provide a respectful Christian community.
  • Promote content that glorifies God and supports the Gospel message.
  • Showcase original creative works submitted by contributors.

The platform is not intended to exploit, misappropriate, or unlawfully profit from the personal stories, testimonies, artwork, or intellectual property of contributors.

2. VOLUNTARY SUBMISSION AND CONSENT

By submitting any content to the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Testimonies
  • Stories
  • Articles
  • Artwork
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Audio recordings
  • Written materials
  • Creative works

(collectively referred to as “Content”),

You voluntarily grant permission for the platform to publish, display, distribute, and share such Content through the platform and related communication channels.

You acknowledge that:

  • Your submission is voluntary.
  • You have the authority to submit the Content.
  • The Content does not knowingly violate the rights of others.
  • Publicly submitted Content may be viewed, discussed, referenced, or shared by members of the public.

3. NO COMPENSATION

All Content is submitted voluntarily.

By submitting Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No compensation will be provided.
  • No royalties will be owed.
  • No licensing fees will be paid.
  • No future payment obligation is created.
  • Submission does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractual compensation relationship.

4. PUBLIC SHARING OF EXPERIENCES

The platform exists to publicly share testimonies and faith-based experiences for encouragement and ministry purposes.

The platform:

  • Does not claim ownership of personal experiences.
  • Does not seek to exploit contributors.
  • Does not intentionally misrepresent testimonies or experiences.

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT AND RESPECTFUL INTERACTION

All participants are expected to maintain a Christ-centered standard of conduct.

Users agree to:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect.
  • Refrain from harassment or bullying.
  • Avoid threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
  • Avoid hate speech or discrimination.
  • Refrain from posting false or defamatory statements.
  • Respect differing experiences and viewpoints.
  • Follow platform rules and moderator instructions.

The administrative team reserves the right to remove content or users who violate these standards.

6. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF CREATIVE WORKS

Contributors retain ownership of their original:

  • Artwork
  • Photography
  • Music
  • Writings
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Creative content

By submitting content, contributors grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and share the content for platform-related purposes.

PROHIBITED COPYRIGHT ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using another person’s work without permission.
  • Selling another contributor’s work.
  • Reproducing content without authorization.
  • Removing artist credits or attribution.
  • Altering ownership information.
  • Claiming another person’s work as your own.

Proper attribution shall be provided whenever reasonably possible.

7. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

The platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward copyright infringement.

Violations may include:

By submitting Content, you consent to the platform sharing approved Content through:

  • Newsletters
  • Ministry outreach materials
  • Promotional materials

This may include:

  • Testimonies
  • Stories
  • Artwork
  • Videos
  • Photographs
  • Quotes and excerpts

Reasonable efforts will be made to provide attribution where appropriate.

Contributors who do not wish to have their Content shared outside the platform must notify the administrative team in writing before submission.

10. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

11. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

12. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

13. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

14. Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

15. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

16. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

19. CONTENT REMOVAL
